Adiam Nega is an Assistant Professor at Addis Ababa University, College of Health Science, School of Public Health. She serves in the area of monitoring and evaluation for the AAU-Emory D43 Junior Scholars Program. From 2015 to 2018, she was the Project Coordinator for the Post Academic Mobility for African Physician Scientist (PAMAPS) program. Adiam has published 18 research outputs in reputable journals, with a primary focus on cancer research ethics. She earned her Bachelor's in Public Health from Jigjiga University in 2013 and her Master’s degree in Health Service Management from Addis Ababa University in 2015. Currently, Adiam is a PhD candidate at Martin Luther University, Halle, Germany. Her research aims to assess the effectiveness of the Whole Person Care (WHP) Model in improving cancer care and treatment decisions, as well as exploring the socio-cultural factors influencing cancer care in Ethiopia.
